Are you longing for depth, connection, safety and ease, but instead we can feel weighed down by memories or anxiety. You might feel like a mess or have disappointing therapy experiences. I provide specialized trauma care for you or you and your partner(s) to identify and communicate needs, learn new skills, process or heal any traumatic experiences or symptoms, learn work with our bodies and limitations, and discover new ways of being in the world. My clients often coming to therapy wanting to explore: LGBTQ identity, religious trauma, sexual trauma, sexual health, childhood stress, traumatic grief, conflict with partner(s).

In therapy, our attention to these struggles can increase empathy, improve sexual health and lead to more ease in our romantic connections. I'm here to provide evidence-based, creative, and healing experiences to connect you to your authentic self and the connection you crave.

At the heart, I am another human joining you to explore your story with curiosity. I take a gentle approach to trauma using an Internal Family System-informed approach that moves towards EMDR processing or narrative therapy. For couples, especially those with trauma, I use EFT, an experiential therapy, and incorporate IFIO, both of which increase empathy and compassionate skills.
