My goal in therapy is to partner with you to find your unique strengths and help you build the skills to find a path towards happiness within yourself and in your relationships.
At my practice, I primarily work with couples and individuals. Areas I address include: strengthening your relationship, working through challenges your marriage may be facing (i.e. infidelity, talk of separation/divorce, parenting), anxiety and depression. I also focus on issues related to infertility, pregnancy, and post-partum difficulties .
