Trauma and PTSD Support Group
This VIRTUAL women’s PTSD & Trauma Support Group offers a safe space to process experiences, build coping skills, and heal alongside others who understand the weight of trauma firsthand. This group is for adults personally struggling with a diagnosis of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or those suffering from a traumatic experience or reoccurring trauma that is causing significant distress. We will be addressing matters of hyper vigilance, avoidance, reclusive & isolating behaviors, reactivity, intrusive thoughts, as well as feelings of hopelessness & powerlessness.
