It's vital that you find someone with whom you feel comfortable talking.

I specialize in working with teens and adults struggling with anxiety and depression. I help my clients make sense of their feelings and support them in finding tools to help them move forward, beyond whatever challenges they are currently experiencing. I offer a separate service of ADHD Testing for people 18+.
