I help people struggling in relationships. I work well with insight-oriented individuals who want to explore their lives on a deep level and explore pathways for growth and change. I specialize in diagnosing and healing relational trauma from Narcissistic and Borderline abuse and helping clients create new narratives about who they are and how they want their lives to be. My work is depth-oriented and psychodynamic (Jungian, parts work, Gestalt), and I blend insight and intellect with humor (I've found a little lightness can create buoyancy as we navigate dark places).

In addition to helping clients understand and navigate personality disorders, I have special interest in working with teenagers (all sorts), adults navigating personal and spiritual crises, couples seeking to deepen their intimacy, and parenting struggles. I am a LGBTQIA+ and kink affirming practitioner.

It is widely accepted the relationship your form with your therapist (if you vibe with them as a person and feel connected) is the single most curative factor in successful therapy.
