Parenting is hard. Like, really REALLY hard. I know we've all been there....feeling isolated, alone, and like we are failing ourselves and our children. But if you are here now, reading this, you are actively looking for new ways to parent and interact with your children. And that's huge! We know through decades of research that caregiver/parent self-reflection is the single greatest catalyst for positive change, in addition to feeling connected to and supported by others. That is where Circle of Security Parenting comes in! Learning how to identify and meet the emotional needs of our children, while staying balanced ourselves.
As a certified facilitator, I offer Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) classes every 8-9 weeks throughout the year. These groups offer tangible skills to use with your children, as well as connecting parents to others in the community. Now enrolling for the next TWO classes starting April 2026! Mondays 10:30am-12pm (zoom) or Tuesdays 1:15-2:45pm (in person)
I am also a certified COSP Classroom facilitator, so I run these groups for staff in schools, preschools, or daycare. Now eligible for STARS credits through DCYF or WA State Clock Hours through ESD101 for continuing education!
