Life can be filled with many challenges both big and small. My goal as a therapist is to help those that are having difficulty navigating through, feeling stuck, lacking purpose, and feeling hopeless. By integrating evidenced-based psychological interventions such as EMDR and CBT my aim is to promote healing, empower my clients to transform their negative thought patterns, self-concepts, and behaviors, and to set achievable goals that will ultimately enhance self-esteem and self-image.

My approach as a therapist is one that is collaborative. I am here to walk alongside of, encourage and motivate my clients along the way. Whether it be trauma, anxiety, grief/loss, transitioning from one environment to another, aging, depression, I am here to help you through it.
