I'm a trauma Therapist (LMFT) over a decade of experience helping individuals overcome the lasting effects of trauma, anxiety, people-pleasing, and relationship challenges. I have advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Seeking Safety, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and other somatic therapies.
