I founded Keshet Counseling to help those who are not feeling seen in traditional therapy spaces. This includes people navigating the difficulties of chronic illness, specifically Lyme Disease, Mold Toxicity, and invisible disabilities. People also dealing with antisemitism, or those experiencing discrimination for not participating in political expectations at their job or schools. I also specialize in narcissistic abuse, multicultural issues, codependency, love addiction, grief, trauma, religious abuse, cult trauma, depression, anxiety, and teen/young adult issues. I practice holistic and integral psychology, taking the whole body, mind, and spirit into consideration, bringing a somatic, depth, and mindfulness approach to our work. We will work to understand the unconscious stories we tell ourselves, deeper meanings in your life, as well as the deeper reasons behind your challenges and difficulties.
