Feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or not quite like yourself? You don’t have to keep pushing through it alone. I help adults across California navigate anxiety, trauma, PTSD, substance use, and the impact of life’s stressors—no matter your background or where you’re starting from. I work with a diverse range of clients, including those in high-pressure roles such as first responders, veterans, and athletes, as well as individuals facing everyday stress, life transitions, and emotional challenges. Many of the people I work with are used to holding it together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed or disconnected internally.

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and tailored to you. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and psychodynamic therapy, and I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy to help you process experiences, build insight, and develop healthier coping tools. We focus on feeling grounded and connected to yourself.

As a former Division I collegiate athlete, I understand the mental demands of performance, identity, and high expectations. Starting therapy is a big step and you don’t need to have everything figured out. I create a supportive, grounded space where you can sort through what’s going on and move toward meaningful change.
