Therapy can lead to better relationships and more ease in our lives. I work with individuals and couples to find more clarity and balance in their lives. Sometimes we avoid parts of our life or ourselves that are painful. Together we will get to know these hurt parts and how they show up, whether it is through fears and worries, the critical voice you hear inside, or a feeling of being stuck, lost, alone or helpless.
I work with men, women and couples to remember their strengths, cope with painful feelings and open up more choices in life. My style is direct, straight forward and radically present. I adapt my approach based on what you might need drawing from Attachment, Psychodynamic, Relational, Mindfulness and Somatic based methods.
For the past fifteen years I've been passionate about what supports people and relationships. I work with individuals of all orientations, abilities, and racial, cultural, or identity groups. I look forward to meeting you.
