I am a trauma therapist trained in EMDR, a highly effective, evidence- based approach that helps the brain and body process and heal from distressing experiences that talk therapy cannot fully resolve. It can be especially helpful for phobias, panic attacks, medical, sexual or childhood trauma, school stress, social anxiety, low self esteem and grief.
Using EMDR, we go beyond surface level coping to process and heal what's underneath which creates deeper, more lasting change.
