I work with adults seeking help with depression, anxiety, trauma, fertility and postpartum issues, life transitions, and relational stressors. My experience encompasses diverse patient populations in a variety of settings, including inpatient and partial levels of care, domestic violence shelters, community centers, and outpatient services, and I draw on these experiences in aligning my approach to the needs of each individual client. In addition to being a therapist, I am a yoga teacher and integrate that discipline’s emphasis on mindfulness and life balance into my therapeutic approach.
I utilize person-centered, strength-based, mindfulness, trauma-informed, and CBT and DBT approaches to therapy while maintaining the creativity, flexibility, and awareness necessary to effectively meet the needs of each unique individual.
I strive to establish trust and meaning in therapeutic relationships and help clients more clearly understand and align with their values, develop and achieve attainable goals, and strengthen their connections with themselves and others.
