I am bilingual in English & Spanish. I specialize in teens and young adults who are dealing with anxiety, OCD, and life changes. I received training on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) at Rogers Behavioral Health. I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy DBT, and Person-Centered.
