My role as your therapist is to provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where we can explore the deeper roots of your struggles and work together toward healing and resilience. I take a collaborative approach to therapy, where your voice, goals, and values are central.
As a trauma-informed therapist trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), I help individuals reprocess painful experiences that may be impacting their present life. I work with individuals, couples, and families, and I have great experience working with the Latino/Hispanic (Spanish speaking) community and the LGBTQIA+ community.
