My role is to provide a safe and compassionate space where clients can explore the underlying causes of their struggles, develop coping skills, and foster resilience. I take a collaborative approach to therapy when working with clients. We will work together to make changes in your life to improve your mental health and other aspects.
I am a trauma-informed therapist and trained in EMDR. EMDR is a way to reprocess traumatic experiences. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. Some of my working interests include the Latino/Hispanic community, LGBTQIA+ community, cultural issues, sexual abuse/trauma, PTSD, and relationship issues. I alsoffer a hardship evaluation service.
