Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but it can also also open the door to healing, growth, and meaningful change. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and better understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I strive to create a warm, supportive environment grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a touch of humor. My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, guided by your values and what matters most to you. I enjoy working with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, body image concerns, trauma, depression, substance use, and relationship stress.

Together, we’ll explore current stressors while also looking at how past experiences and patterns may be shaping how you see yourself, others, and the world around you. I integrate approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness to support your unique needs and experiences.
