Hello! I'm glad you're here. Over the last decade, I have worked with folks from various backgrounds and have found that most of us can benefit from a safe, warm & creative space to explore and process inner aspects of ourselves. Coming from a stance of curiosity rather than judgment, I walk alongside my clients as they access meaning and truths they already had within themselves.

I am fully bilingual and can provide psychotherapy in English or Spanish (or both!). I am fully trained in EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Behavioral Therapy. I specialize in PTSD, sexual trauma, sexual abuse, interpersonal violence, and generational trauma.
My approach is non-pathologizing and trauma-focused. I practice therapy from a relaxed stance and I go at your pace, as I believe there are things to learn and explore in each stage of the therapeutic process. There is power in having someone witness our process as we heal, mourn, and rediscover ourselves and it is an honor to provide that space for others.
