As a Mental Health Counselor, I enjoy working with children and their families, adolescents, and adults. Many of them are struggling with a range of issues: Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Conduct Disorder, ADHD, life transitions, parenting issues, and others. Regardless of the reason for consultation, I always keep in mind the singularity of each person; the individual story and circumstances. I assist my clients to explore their feelings and navigate through their hardships, utilizing different approaches to address each client's needs.
