Children thrive when they are doing what they know and love best – playing! Sessions with children include play and focus on interactive ways to engage the child in conversation. Play disarms fear, which allows children to become comfortable within the session. Providing children with this space allows their voices to be heard. While sessions are filled with a lot of fun, I also have a natural ability to engage children in meaningful conversation, encourage parents to a deeper relationship with their children, and provide ongoing resources that will help the family long-term.
My goal is to assist your child in processing and navigating life changes and challenges. I do this by working closely with the parent, and providing wrap-around support for the entire family. I want your family to experience healthy functioning, and to be able to simply enjoy each other.
