Looking to navigate the challenges in your life? I'm passionate about helping adults, teens, or couples who are looking to grow & change from where they are to where they want to be. I work collaboratively with clients to help them better understand themselves and make choices that better fit who they are, as well as who God created them to be. My easy-going style creates a comfortable, compassionate place for clients to explore and change. I love bringing insight and action to my clients' lives. I earned my degree at Western Seminary in 2000 and have been a licensed Marital & Family Therapist for over a decade.
My training as a strategic coach helps me ask insightful questions leading clients to big discoveries, foundational changes, and a deeper & more fulfilling life. Life's issues are difficult to navigate, but working together, I help my clients move through all sorts of challenges towards a more fulfilling life.

I work as an out-of-network provider & can provide a monthly superbill. Most Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) can be used to pay for therapy.
