I work with adults and couples who are tired of feeling stuck in the same patterns and want more than simply managing their problems daily or hourly. Many of the people I work with are carrying stress, relationship struggles, trauma, addiction, betrayal, or other challenges that have begun to affect how they feel about themselves and the people they love.
My approach uses private custom retreats (intensives) for individuals and couples, is personal, active, and focused on getting beneath the surface. Meaningful change happens when we slow down enough to understand what is really going on to create a safe space for transformation.
I draw from more than 35 years of experience and a variety of therapeutic approaches, but most importantly, I meet each person where they are and walk alongside them rather than simply telling them what to do. Whether weekly or intensive therapy, the environment is private, supportive, and focused on you.
