Welcome to Be You Counseling. My name is Daniel Rowen. Many of my clients come to me because they feel like something isn’t quite right beneath the surface, even if they’re outwardly functioning. They may be navigating the weight of unresolved trauma, persistent anxiety, relationship struggles, parenting stress, struggling with life transitions, or the quiet ache of disconnection. Often, they’ve tried talk therapy or self-help tools and found that insight alone didn’t lead to real change.
Trained in Somatic Experiencing and Inner Relationship Focusing, I offer a body-centered approach for when talking alone isn’t enough. The body often holds what the mind can’t express. By gently tuning into sensations like tension, numbness, or restlessness, we access deeper healing and create meaningful, lasting change from within.
