I specialize in trauma therapy and am certified in EMDR, with over 11 years of experience supporting clients through PTSD, complex trauma, and attachment trauma. I’m also trained in Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy, and supervise therapists learning EMDR.
Beyond trauma, I work with ADHD, anxiety, depression, faith concerns, and compulsive behaviors. My approach is active, collaborative, and compassionate. I welcome LGBTQIA+ clients, first responders, mixed-race families, immigrants, and those new to therapy. You don’t have to face this alone—I’d be honored to walk with you on your healing journey.
