I practice EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) and the Gottman Couples Therapy method (Level-3 trained), with influences of Gestalt, Mindfulness, and Client-Centered therapy. I practice from a Christian worldview, and my faith informs both my approach to counseling and my understanding of healthy relationships.
