Every person struggles throughout their life to hold onto the positive relationships and the warmth and belonging of their families, but sometimes life throws us so many curves that we swing and swing until we're hot with rage or blue with sadness.
I coach clients to calm down, start up their brains, and begin to think about where they learned to handle things that way--and hopefully change some of those relationships for the better.
