Everyone carries some form of trauma, but my focus is on moving forward — taking back control rather than giving past experiences the power to have a negative impact on you.

As a veteran, I understand the challenges faced by military personnel and first responders. I specialize in trauma, substance use disorders, anger management, anxiety, early adulthood transitions, and self-improvement through exercise. I also work with teens struggling at home or school and anyone looking to become more functional than when they walked in.
My transition from being a Warrant Officer in the Army was not easy but I learned so much by pressing forward. I dealt with the gambit of issues anyone making a huge transition deals with. Before the Army I was a professional athlete and had to come to the realization that was ending too. Transition is hard but worth it and if your struggling I can help.
