He/she/they then seeks to work towards his/her/their goals in a collaborative relationship that draws upon my clinical expertise, but keeps him/her/they in the driver's seat.
I can help by hearing and witnessing your story, and then by working with you to make you stronger and more able to live a life that feels truly aligned with your heart, mind, and spirit. I am trained in Internal Family Systems (Level 2), Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and grief counseling. I also utilize somatic and solution focused therapy techniques.
