Hey there, welcome! Are you looking for yourself, family, child or a couple? I am happy to help with a easy going and laid back style that brings a client centered feel. All gender identifications and arts based experience are welcomed with me. I work with clients middle school through adulthood for individual, family support, life coaching and transitions, couples work, Grief counseling & more. I am a certified Grief Counselor working on transitions in all the forms that grief comes in from loss of a relationship to loss of a loved one to loss of a career.
Coming from an arts based background as a musician, I always look forward to finding alternative ways of expressing yourself with more than just talk therapy such as through music, nature, arts, and CBT, DBT, Grief Counseling, Motivational Interviewing, inner child work, executive functioning coaching and more.
I believe in feeling comfortable with the person you are vulnerable with in therapy. I work hard to build rapport and allow you to go at your own pace. I challenge you where you need and also step back to let you lead the way when you need as well. I get it, I'm a human navigating life, just like you. We don't have to do it alone.
