Life and relationships are filled with amazing experiences and opportunities. However, life and relationships also come with challenges and struggles. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support people to understand how their thoughts, feelings and actions impact their lives. Then how to change negative thoughts, feelings and actions to improve their lives. I also explore relationships through a Structural Family Therapy approach. Then explore patterns that you can change to improve the relationship.
Throughout my career I have met people and families where they are. No judgment. We never wake up wanting to have conflict in relationships or hurt those we love. We do wake up some days and decide we want better; better relationships, better understanding and better ability to move forward in life. On those days I am here to support you to find that better.
