Greetings, my name is Daniel Ramirez. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) based in Los Angeles, California and seeing clients via telehealth throughout California. I enjoy working with adolescents up to adults in a collaborative way. I have training in the treatment of depression, anxiety disorders, including OCD, PTSD, Panic Disorder, grief & loss concerns, and mood disorders.
My approach to therapy is that it is a collaborative effort. We work as team and you provide feedback on what you need and your goals in seeking therapy. I am trained to use a variety of therapy orientations such as cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness informed, dialectical behavior and EMDR.
