Do you need compassionate care you can trust? If you do, my clinical training, experience, and personality may be just right for you. My ideal client is a person that is ready to open up to 1) what they are experiencing, and 2) how to change. I don't just want to help you manage your symptoms, though I definitely want that for you. I also want to help you grow and change in ways that the symptoms don't return!
I mix a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Object-Relations Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
