As a trauma informed therapist, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where my clients can share their stories without the feeling of judgement. I aim to walk alongside my clients as they process hardships, anxieties, growth, victories, and change. I also recognize how overwhelming and paralyzing life’s unknowns can feel, and how trying to navigate these unknowns can create fear in our present day lives. Together, we will develop strategies and goals that help navigate through these unknowns and work toward moving past these fears so that you can feel grounded, secure, and ultimately present in your day to day life.
My approach is person centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed. I work to honor both the barriers that the past and our current life circumstances can create and the possibilities for healing through those barriers. I draw from approaches such as ACT, DBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
I am passionate about helping my clients feel truly heard and while we cannot change the past, I strive to offer guidance and support in building forward progress, hope, and fulfillment. Together, we will create a nonjudgmental environment where authentic healing can take place, and collaboratively develop goals that align with your values.
