Many times, one's full potential for happiness gets overshadowed by life's stressors. During counseling, I guide clients to shed the layers of stress that are creating unnecessary weight. I work with many clients who experience depression and anxiety. I can help you navigate these feelings and find ways to manage your symptoms. I am passionate about helping clients who have experienced trauma. I can help you empower yourself by processing emotions and gaining insight.
I have experience working with adults and children from all backgrounds. I've had the privilege to work in many different settings, including community mental health, private practice, schools, and crisis situations. The variety of experiences I have helps me understand where people are coming from and allows me to guide people to achieve their goals.
