Hi, I'm glad you're here! I am passionate about therapy being a positive experience. I believe healing is rooted in connection - with oneself and others. My approach to therapy focuses on connection, attachment, and emotion to help empower individuals and teens to embrace their authentic selves and find peace and joy. My focus with couples is to foster meaningful connection, trust, intimacy, and understanding. Maybe you are finding yourself anxious, angry, or depressed.
