For the past 20 years, I have enjoyed working with adults and adolescents in the Spotsylvania and Fredericksburg communities. I am an EMDR therapist, specializing in treatment of trauma and PTSD but I also provide treatment of many common concerns including anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, relationship difficulties, and general life-stress. Lilly a small therapy dog is present for most sessions.
I am a fully trained EMDR therapist with completion of EMDRIA certified training. EMDR can quickly reduce distress associated with traumatic events. As a prior service-member, I welcome any military, law enforcement, or first-responders seeking help.
