My clients are adults who feel weighed down by self-doubt, relationship stress, or unresolved trauma. They may put others’ needs before their own, struggle with boundaries, or feel responsible for everyone’s well-being. What they want is relief from overwhelm, to feel seen and heard, and to build a stronger sense of self. Their goals are to reconnect with who they truly are, feel more confident, and create healthier relationships. They come to therapy because they’re ready for change and want support to break old patterns.
I work with adults (18+) and specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples, trauma survivors, and those navigating self-esteem challenges. Using a collaborative and gentle approach with CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy, we’ll explore and reshape self-beliefs to build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
Therapy isn’t about me having all the answers—it’s about walking with you as you rediscover your confidence, create boundaries that feel healthy, and reconnect with who you truly are.
