Hello! My name is Dan Mills. I’m a licensed professional counselor with over five years of experience supporting clients through the challenges of life. I take a trauma-focused and person-centered approach to my practice. I take an eclectic approach to counseling and utilize numerous treatment tools to meet the needs of my clients. I utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and Psychodynamic therapy modalities.
I work with adults and adolescents suffering from depression, anxiety disorders, and the effects of trauma. My focus is treating Posts Traumatic Stress Disorder, Major Depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, grief and loss, Bipolar Disorder, and other disorders.
