About

I am delighted to work with individuals, couples, and families to provide counseling for various concerns such as anxiety, depression, OCD and Bipolar Disorder, personality disorders, marital and family systems. My emphasis is on joining all where they are while providing compassion, safety, and positivity in sessions. Additionally, I have specialties with gifted and talented individuals, Autism a Spectrum Disorders, and family therapy for aging populations
I have been privileged to have worked in both private counseling and inpatient psychiatric settings. As such, I have been blessed with providing mental health counseling for myriad concerns including addictions, dementia, personality disorders, trauma, and behavior issues such as oppositional defiance and conduct disorders.
