Waitlist for new clients
It has been a trying few years, and it just seems to get worse. The world is still filled with anxiety, uncertainty, and confusion. If you need some human connection in these frightening times, I am available to you. Whether you're anxious about the country and world, struggling to maintain relationships, or feeling lonely and isolated, I can help you.
I work with adults and couples dealing with anxiety and depression; grief and loss; relationship struggles; life transitions; spirituality and faith concerns; and issues related to sexuality and identity.
Finding meaning in life is hard and sometimes scary work. That's why it's best to do this in relationship with someone who is compassionate, empathetic, and nonjudgmental. Whoever you are, whatever you believe, no matter what you face, I am here to travel alongside of you on your journey.
