Couples coaching can help break the cycle. Instead of reiterating conflict and taking turns blaming and defending, we will apply relational skills in session and use them immediately. Couples can track their efficacy as a new foundation emerges through growing trust, support, ease, and security.
Born and raised in Oregon, I graduated from Vassar College before moving to New York City. For the past 15 years, I have been a psychotherapist and a professor in the Expository Writing Program at New York University.
