As a Gottman Method level three practitioner, I offer a structured, evidence-based approach that addresses repetitive communication problems while building trust and connection.
Couples therapy can help break the cycle. Instead of reiterating conflict and taking turns blaming and defending, we will apply relational skills in session and use them immediately. Couples can track their efficacy as a new foundation emerges through growing trust, support, ease, and security.
