I work with adults, couples, and teens that struggle with trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, and low self-esteem. I utilize my training and experience to help clients find relief from PTSD, C-PTSD, attachment and other disorders including addictions and phobias. I enjoy helping couples improve their communication, navigate conflicts, increase emotional & physical connection, and rebuild or strengthen trust and commitment.
I am passionate about helping my clients alleviate their suffering to find meaning, purpose, and build a life worth living.
