About
Doesn't life feel too hard sometimes? Whether you're struggling with negative emotions, had something happen to you, or created a mess of your own, I want to help you find your way again and for you to know you're not alone. I've been helping adults, couples, parents, and families for over 15 years get their lives moving in the direction they want again, and hope you'll give me a chance too. I offer a client-centered approach for your unique situation and needs. For some people and in some stages of therapy I'll do a lot of listening. For other people and stages, I'll provide perspective and guidance as desired.
I see many people for many reasons. As a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist I can help you recover from addictions and make amends in your key relationships through proven approaches...I am a Christian and a Therapist, but not a 'Christian therapist.' In other words, faith is central to some people's therapy, but I respect those who don't want that focus.
I'm glad you're considering reaching out. I know it's not easy as there are no guarantees, and you might wonder if it's worth the effort. But, I know too that when we face challenges head on, we get healthier. So, I hope you will get started on this journey of rediscovering what matters most to you so you can live your best life.
