My clients achieve more than just symptom relief -- they also grow in their capacity to feel safe and connected with others, and they experience improved self-esteem and identity.
I specialize in treating depression/anxiety, PTSD/trauma, complicated grief, & the impact of physical illness and addictions. I am also sensitive to the particular needs of LGBTQ people. My training and experience blend psychodynamic, attachment neuroscience, DBT and mindfulness-based experiential methods to help you feel better, heal and be more connected.
