With a history in school counseling, I have transitioned to allow for individual and group counseling through both a virtual platform and in nature-based settings. My years as a percussionist have taught me that everyone has rhythm built into their bodies. Once people find their rhythm, positive life changes and natural healing can take place. I work from a trauma-focused lens using Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Therapeutic Fly-Fishing with EMDR (TF-EMDR) for treating trauma. I love combining my experience as a Master Maine Fishing Guide with being an EMDR therapist to work on the water.
