About
As a therapist, my interest is helping clients discover how they can make positive and permanent changes in their work and personal lives. Therapy is a collaborative process, and my sessions are typically interactive and structured. I work with each client to create an action plan that is best for them. I am comfortable working with clients for short-term, or long-term support depending on what your needs and goals are.
I have had success using Cognitive Therapy techniques with clients to help them achieve a wide range of goals, specifically managing symptoms of anxiety and depression, achieving weight loss and exercise goals, developing self-esteem, and more satisfying relationships.
I enjoy helping clients develop strategies to adjust, and possibly change their thoughts and behaviors so that new ideas and feelings can emerge and create desired changes. Please note that I work with most insurances on an out-of-network basis. I look forward to hearing from you!
