Hi there, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I specialize in working with adults of all ages on a range of issues from grief, life transitions, family conflict, parenting, spirituality, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ issues. I am excited to be offering an integrated approach to EMDR & Internal Family Systems (IFS) for trauma, Attachment Based Family Therapy (ABFT), I-CBT for OCD, as well as a strengths-based approach and a holistic approach to therapy. If you or your family are feeling 'stuck' in life with where you are, you have come to the right place.
I welcome clients from 16+ to my practice. My clients are eager to grow and are willing to look at the patterns in their lives that may no longer be serving them. I have a special interest in working with the LGBT+ community, OCD, and trauma/PTSD. I also enjoy working with parents of spirited children and those navigating the challenges and joys of aging.
