I specialize in trauma focused (TF) care, anxiety, depression, ADHD, alcoholism, drug abuse/use. I use EMDR and TF-CBT for trauma, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for depression, ADHD, and anxiety, motivational interviewing/SBIRT for alcoholism and drug use/abuse, Attachment theory for relationships issues. I'm one of the few, Spanish speaking therapist.
