I help individuals, couples, and families navigate relationship issues, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and chronic stress so they can feel more grounded, confident, and connected. It is very common for us to reach stuck points in life. Feelings of hopelessness, fear, and uncertainty can seriously impact our functioning. Romantic, familial, professional, and personal relationships can trigger these states of mind in ways we never expected. The good news is we can treat these issues! I'm currently accepting new clients and am in-network with Aetna, Regence, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United, Optum, and First Choice/Multicare.
Just one therapeutic strategy will not be ideal for all clients, so I have trained in a variety of techniques to meet the diversity of the human experience. I utilize EMDR, CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, Gottman (couples therapy), and more. I also provide education and training in coping skills, communication strategies, and anger management.
I tailor treatment to each individual or couple, balancing insight-oriented work with evidence-based techniques.
