Daniel Kramon, PhD, Psychologist in Sherman Oaks
I have been in private practice as a psychologist since 1978 and primarily work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship problems, as well as individuals who have been victims of abuse. I have extensive experience with individual psychotherapy. I am not one to sit quietly and nod for long periods of time. I strongly believe that by being involved with something meaningful and purposeful in the present we can make progress in terms of overcoming our difficulties from the past and our apprehensions about the future.
My approach involves developing insight into how we have become to be who we are, how our struggles have developed and what we can do in the here and now to resolve the problems that are making life more difficult.
Over the years, I have integrated humanistic, insight-oriented and cognitive techniques into an eclectic/interactive approach. I am the sole practioner in a peaceful upstairs patio office suite with a separate entrance and exit.
